Park Interpretation Officer

Location Darwin, Katherine or Alice Springs

If you are a creative, dynamic and motivated team player keen to work as part of the Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife Interpretation group, this job is for you. The Park Interpretation Officer will work as part of a small team responsible for the design, development, production and delivery of a range of interpretive products including, signage and displays, publications, face-to-face delivery programs, content for the Parks and Wildlife page on the website and digital media. The role provides opportunities to be involved in Territory wide and regional projects, consult and engage with Aboriginal Custodians, Parks and Wildlife staff and relevant stakeholders in the preparation and oversight of interpretive projects. Travel to regional and remote areas within the Parks estate will be required to undertake field based duties.
