Join interpreters from across the globe for “Voices of Change,” the next very first interactive session in the GAHI World Café Series: Building Global Connection. This 90-minute live Zoom event will connect heritage interpreters in real time through facilitated breakout discussions that explore how we are adapting our practice in a changing world.

Together, we’ll dive into questions such as:
• How are you interpreting stories differently to respect multiple perspectives?
• What challenges are you facing in telling inclusive stories?
• What innovative approaches are working in your region or community? 

Participants will take part in three dynamic breakout sessions, each designed to foster meaningful conversation, idea exchange, and cross-cultural understanding. This is your chance to connect, reflect, and collaborate with fellow interpreters working in a variety of contexts—from parks and museums to community programs and cultural heritage sites. 

In order to fully participate, we recommend joining us from your laptop or desktop, having the most recent version of Zoom installed, and have access to Menti.com to maximize your experience. Due to the interactive nature of this World Café, the session will not be recorded. However, participants will receive a summary of key insights (“harvest”) and the Menti slides following the event.
