The timing for this course is ideal for those based in Australian/Asian/European regions. A strong and reliable internet connection is a must as we will meet on Zoom; breaks are included. 20 min individual coaching sessions will take place outside of class time in Week 2. You will need to: attend each class, have a strong and reliable internet connection, use a laptop (not a cell phone) to fully participate. Although virtual, classes will be intensive, fun, and sociable!
