Welcome to the website of Interpretation Australia Association's BUILDING BLOCKS Conference which was held in Darling Harbour, Sydney, 6–9 November 2007.

 

BUILDING BLOCKS was attended by 187 delegates from Australia and overseas and offered a mix of engaging speakers and interpretive experiences around the Sydney area. To view the Conference program, click here. Conference papers are still being compiled and will be available in due course.

IAA would like to acknowledge that the BUILDING BLOCKS Conference, Darling Harbour, Sydney was held on the land of the Gadigal people. The Gadigal people are the Traditional Custodians of this land and form part of the wider Aboriginal nation known as the Eora. IAA also acknowledges the present Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, who now reside within this area.
